RBA are delighted to announce that David Spacey has joined them as Head of Infrastructure leading a team of civil and structural engineers. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, a Professional Reviewer and STEM Ambassador.
He has over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry working in design, construction supervision and business management in the UK and overseas. During this time he has worked for and represented several European and American Clients.
His wide ranging experience includes residential, heavy and light rail, highways, waterways, general infrastructure, building restoration and renovation, urban and industrial renewal and new build projects.
