Our head office is in Colwyn Bay, North Wales, but we operate throughout the United Kingdom with offices in Manchester and Glasgow. Our biggest asset is our people and we are passionate about continuously developing the skills of all our employees and empowering them to achieve their goals.

David is a highly experienced consultant with a career spanning over 40 years in railway engineering, management and operations. He has an enviable knowledge of both heavy rail and urban metros together with a sound track record of change management and creating business efficiency. A Chartered Civil Engineer he has extensive knowledge and experience of concrete slab track. Outside work David is a keen golfer, supporter of Hamilton Academical Football Club and is passionate about classic cars.
Jordan is an experienced Chartered Civil Engineer with particular focus on civils and structures within a rail environment, gained over a 13-year period with Network Rail. He has particular knowledge of railway standards and processes and has a wealth of knowledge on the repair, maintenance and strengthening of existing assets; including masonry, steel/wrought iron and concrete bridges, retaining walls and culverts. Outside work Jordan is a keen triathlete, football supporter and traveller. Since joining RBA in February 2019 he has significantly contributed to the Scotland Office and gained promotion to Director of Rail (Civils & Structural).
Barry is an accomplished Engineer and Network Rail CRE. He has a great track record in delivering complex system engineering projects from Automatic Ticketing and Gates to OLE SCADA specification, developing strategies to ensure contract success within the Rail, Construction and Oil & Gas sector. He also specialises in project lifecycles from conception to completion. Barry always adopts a consultative, analytical and solution orientated approach to multi-functional, multi-disciplined internal and external stakeholders.
John is a managing consultant with over 36 years of operations, strategy and change management, and has a track record of achievements in the bus and rail industry, local and national government, and consultancy field. He has a detailed knowledge of the UK transport sector, including legislation, funding, governance, procurement and operations. Away from the office, he is a keen golfer and follows the steady decline of Tranmere Rovers.
